The 2016 Road Safety Remuneration Tribunal (RSRO) has used its decision report to hit back at its critics, in particular the RSRO has targeted the Fair Work Ombudsman (FWO) and NatRoad industrial relations manager Arthur Spottiswood, according to an article on Fullyloaded recently.

The RSRT lambasted the opposing organisations for what it labelled “creating uncertainty and confusion”.

The RSRT said in its decision report that it was disappointed that affected persons couldn’t rely on the Fair Work Ombudsman and that some bodies and persons created confusion through their actions or omissions.
