The owner of a SA transport company has been found guilty of manslaughter for the second time over a driver’s death in 2014.
It has been reported in the media that a jury took over an hour to unanimously find the transport company owner guilty of gross negligence over the fatality.
The crash happened in 2014 and claimed the life of a 45 year old driver whose truck veered off the road and crashed into a pole in a south Adelaide suburb.
The driver had warned the owner that the brakes were faulty in the truck 2 days prior to the crash that claimed his life.
